Terms and Conditions of Trading

Upon placing an order, you agree to accept the terms and conditions as listed below.

All personal details provided to Stable Platform by you remain private and are not sold onto any other company or organisation. We do however maintain a database of such details for our own records. We must add though that information may be handed to law enforcement agencies as part of a legal investigation where we are required to do so by law.
Our P.C.s are built to order and we do not hold stock components. Occasionally, the exact parts used in our machines may differ from those specified in quotations depending upon availability of parts. Where this occurs, the replacement parts will be of similar or higher quality to those quoted for.
All goods supplied remain the property of Stable Platform Ltd. until paid for in full.
All software installed on our P.C.s prior to despatch is subject to the warranty and licence agreements of the software manufacturer / author. Stable Platform accept no responsibilty / liabilty for the performance or reliabiltity of such software and any data loss due to crashes, failure to keep / maintain backups etc.
Our machines are warranteed for 1 year from the date of delivery against component failure and /or defects in workmanship except where otherwise specified in quotes etc. Where monitors come with manufacturers three year onsite warrantees this will be specified.
Delivery is by overnight courier only. Saturday delivery costs extra and it is your responsibility to ensure that a signatory is at the delivery address to receive goods.
Stable Platform cannot be held liable financially or otherwise for any delays in delivery after the goods have been despatched. Customers accept that such delays are the responsibiltiy of the courier and that delays are handled in accordance with the couriers terms and conditions. If you require a copy of these terms we will provide you a contact number for the courier company.
